* Brocade fabric is not designed for everyday wear, but perfect & comfortable as a walking collar or for special occasions. The cotton webbing used is extremely strong, and softens nicely once being worn. We use die cast metal hardware.
Martingale collars are great for safely walking dogs that tend to slip out of their collar by a tightening effect under the jawline when your dog pulls. However a harness is preferential to a dog that pulls hard to stop the constant choking.
To choose the correct size for your dog, please measure the widest/biggest part of your dog’s head so that the collar will slide over the head. There is at least 15 cms to adjust down the size to fit the neck, allowing the standard two fingers fit under the collar when tightened
Our standard size fits comfortably over a greyhound’s head with a circumference of 43cms and reduces down to sit nicely on the lower neck
RRRUFF! recommends to only use this collar when walking and to wear a house collar when resting at home
